I am originally from a small town in the Appalachian mountains of western North Carolina. I joined the Air Force prior to starting medical school in 2015, and came to Texas for my active duty radiology residency in 2019. This is where I met my wife, who was completing her family medicine residency in Waco at the time. I currently practice as an active duty diagnostic radiologist in the Air Force, and also work on a part time basis for Texas Radiology Associates providing imaging interpretations for patients all over Texas.
